Actions

2.1 Before starting the application, ensure that all the required documents are ready and uploaded to a ZIP folder during the online application process.

Note: This includes any imports in transit through a port of entry in Fiji to another country

2.2 The applicant needs to complete the application online through the Ministry of Forestry's official website https://www.fls.gov.fj/auth/login

2.3 Upload all the required documents saved in the ZIP folder to the application 

Required Documents

  1. Import license Application form
  2. Company letter
  3. Bill of landing
  4. Invoice
  5. Packing list
  6. Treatment certificate
  7. Copy of plywood standards
  8. Confirmation letter from Local Manufacturer (for plywood and sawn timber only)
  9. Phytosanitary Certificate (Additional Condition)
