Step 1: Visit BAF and Submit Application
Actions
For Live Animals (Cats and Dogs):
1.1 Contact BAF veterinarians via email to arrange necessary inspection and certification for live animal exportation.
1.2 Provide detailed information about the animal species, cats, dogs, quantity, origin, and importing country requirements.
1.3 BAF veterinarians will inspect pet animals and certify if all import requirements are in order.
For Animal Products to Approved Pathways/ Countries*:
1.1 Request for the Export Application Form via email to BAF.
1.2 Provide detailed information about the animal species, quantity, origin, and packages in line with the import requirements of the importing country.
1.3 Visit BAF Office and submit the completed application Form along with the required documents. You can also email the application with all required documents.
1.4 Once the Application is verified and accepted, inspection of the export product(s) is carried out. Apply for inspection using the B1 form. Booking for inspection must be done 24 hours before the inspection is required.
1.5 Upon successful inspection, an invoice is issued to make the payment.
