3.1 Submit the duly completed application along with the receipt of payment and other required documents to the nearest local Health Center

3.2 Local health officers will review the application submitted. If any documents are missing or incomplete, the trader will be notified and requested to submit the necessary documentation.

3.3 If the application is duly completed, it will be sent to the Tobacco Unit for final approval.
