5.1 Email sne@lta.co.fj requesting a copy of the application, or download the Form from FTIP or the website of the Land Transport Authority

5.2 Submit the duly completed application form together with the required documents to the Customer Service Officer (CSO).

5.3 Once the CSO has updated your application in the system, you will need to pay the Application fees.

5.4 After you have paid the application fees, you will receive your receipt.

5.5 Your application will go through the approval process.

5.6 Once your application is approved, you need to pay the annual renewal fee of $2,614.00
