Actions
1.1 Download the Application for Import Permit for Plastic from FTIP or collect it from the Ministry of Environment office in person.
1.2 Provide detailed information about the applicant's details, the nature of the application, and other details
Required Documents
1. Data Safety Sheet of each plastic type
2. Product Specifications (To reflect the plastic components, thickness, and degradability)
3. Performa Invoice (To reflect the quantity)
4. Third-party product test ( to confirm that the plastic can biodegrade within 2 years or less)
5. Feedback report or previous permits issued.
