1.1 Download the Form from FTIP. You can collect the Application form by physically visiting the local Food Unit or by emailing the Food Unit at foodunitimport@gmail.com.
1.2 Fill out the Application carefully and assemble the required documents.
1.3 Submit the duly completed Form along with other required documents to the nearest office of the Food Unit. You can also send it by email at foodunitimport@gmail.com.

- Copy of Bill of Lading, Health Certificates / Certificate of Origin / Phytosanitary Certificates
- Raw Material – Product Specification / Manufacturers Declaration / Certificate of Analysis Report / Finished Product Label
- Biosecurity Permit (Dairy, Meat, Fruits & Vegetables)
- Fisheries Permit (Seafood products)
- Labelling requirements
