Step-3: Register Your Business Name

Actions 
3.1 Log in with your Registrar of Companies (ROC) Pass
3.2 Submit an application for registration via the Application for Registration of a Business Name on the DigitalFiji platform.   
3.3 Use the platform to check if your desired company name is available. If the name is available, you can proceed with the registration process.
 

Required Documents

  1. Photo ID of individual(s) - business name holder
  2. TIN card/TIN letter of individual(s) - business name holder
  3. Latest business name registration certificate
  4. Business name holder details (including email address)
  5. Registered trust deed (if applicable)
  6. A foreign company certificate if the foreign company is the business name holder
  7. Signed proof of consent of all business name holders
  8. Foreign investment registration certificate (if obtained)
  9. Other relevant supporting documents
