3.1 Email the completed application with the required documents to ajeshni.lata@trade.gov.fj or shivandnisingh92@gmail.com, or the applicant can submit the application in person:

3.2 The Department of National Trade Measurement and Standards will review the application submitted

3.3 If any documents are missing or incomplete, the trader will be notified and requested to submit the necessary documentation.

Note

The application form and necessary documents are signed and stamped with the company stamp
The Lab Test Reports need to be from an ISO/IEC 17025 International Accredited Laboratory
