2.1 The Ministry of Agriculture and Waterways’ AgTrade unit will review the application submitted

2.2 If any documents are missing or incomplete, the trader will be notified and requested to submit the necessary documentation.

2.3 The Recommendation letter for Duty concession on agriculture-related items can be collected either in person from the Ministry of Agriculture and Waterways, or will be made available via email

2.4 In the event the application is rejected, the applicant will be informed via email with the reasons for rejection
