3.1 After submission, inspection will be carried out by the local BAF office. The inspectors will assess your warehouse/pack house to ensure compliance with the necessary standards.

3.2 Following the inspection, if everything is in order, your application will be forwarded to the Trade Facilitation and Compliance (TFC) team for further review and assessment.

3.3 If your facility does not meet all requirements, you will receive corrective measures to address before your application can be reconsidered at the respective station level.
