Commentsi Any imported food doesn't comply with Food Safety Act 2003 or the regulation 2009, the Central Board of Health may direct that the imported food- (a) if it requires re-labelling, be relabeled within 30 days by the importer; (b) if it requires reprocessing, be reprocessed within 3 months or any shorter period
