4.1 Once the consignment arrives at the Port of Entry or recommended Warehouse, A joint inspection by BioSecurity and Forestry Department will be conducted. 

4.2 You must submit all the required documents.

4.3 The submitted documents will be reviewed by the officials to ensure that the imported goods match the declared documents, ensuring compliance and preventing errors or fraud.

4.4 If approved, the Forestry Officer clears the clearance form on the portal and releases the consignment.
