3.1 The Ministry of Forestry will review the application and verify that all the required documents have been submitted.

3.2 If the application is approved, the Forest Import License will be issued. If any documents are missing or incomplete, the trader will be notified and requested to submit the necessary documentation. In the event the application is rejected, the trader will be informed.

3.3 The permit can be collected either via email or made available for download from the Ministry’s portal.

3.4 You should schedule a clearance by a Forestry Officer upon arrival of the consignment
